Topaz Neighborhood Drainage Improvement

The project is depicted and described on the construction plans and specifications and consists in general of the construction of a stormwater drainage system consisting of culverts, ditch bottom inlets, a mitered end section, and the restoration of driveways impacted by construction. The Vendor/Contractor shall locate and protect all existing utilities from damage during the work. All work is to take place within the existing right of way and/or on County owned property. The scope of this project also includes mobilization and demobilization, clean up, offsite transporting, and proper disposal of construction waste and demolition debris, installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls, installing and providing maintenance of traffic during construction, dewatering activities, sodding and restoring the site, utility coordination, and repairing public and private property damaged during construction of the project. The project is located on Topaz Street between Pierpoint Ave. and Colchester Ave. in Spring Hill in western Hernando County, Florida.
