2023 ADA Upgrade Projects

PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT No. 22-30150043-01 Estimated Bid Value 132,000 to 158,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. License Requirements Class A, General Engineering Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, demolition, construction of curb and gutter, asphalt concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, drainage modifications, installation of fence, pavement striping and marking, signs, and other work as shown on the plans and described herein, pavement striping, compliance with regulatory permits, establishing vegetation on areas disturbed by construction activity, and all other work as described in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, project location maps, bid documents, Special Provisions, City of South Lake Tahoe Public Improvements and Engineering Standards, and the 2022 edition of the California Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications and Standard Plans. Construction of Ski Run ADA Parking stall is the highest priority and shall be the first order of work between the two construction sites. Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
