| Description | The project consists of: Replacement the existing mechanical system, lighting, and ceilings of the 1926 classroom wings that surround the south side of the theater as well as some areas of the 1962 addition, which is just to the east and northeast of the theater space. The new geo-thermal mechanical system will replace the existing steam system. There is also some glass infills at the existing windows that currently have window AC units in them. This is a rebid of Alternates 3&4 from the SJO HS Additions and Improvements project that bid on February 8th, 2022. There are no alternates with this project. |
