| Description | Removal of the existing 2 ply modified roofing at Building 30 with a new single-ply fully-adhered membrane over new cover board and rigid insulation, set in insulation adhesive. Other requirements include: Cut existing concrete parapet walls to provide new primary scupper openings and fill-in existing scupper openings, where indicated; Provide new wood blocking at parapet walls, deck curbs and at eave/rake edges; Provide new stainless steel collector boxes and downspouts, clad metal flashings, new radius coping metal, new snap edge fascia at parapets, new fan curbs, gravity vents, and miscellaneous flashings; Apply new paint coatings at scupper repair areas; and Provide new roof-to-roof ladder and new hatch access ships ladder. |
