Description Work includes demolition of laboratory and office space totaling approximately 17,800 square feet. Work will include the demolition of existing lab benches, gypsum board walls, ceilings, flooring, HVAC boxes and ductwork, plumbing, including acid waste, natural gas, water, compressed air and vacuum piping, electrical power devices and lights, and removal of miscellaneous items. Asbestos abatement will be required and will include asbestos tile flooring and mastic, fire-stopping material, spray applied fire proofing, pipe insulation elbows, duct sealant, acoustical sealant and countertop sealant Estimate Values: 1.
