Public Resurfacing and Road Improvements - Morrison TIF

The City of Muncie, Indiana (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Public Resurfacing and Road Improvements Morrison TIF. The Project includes the following Work: The scope of work expected under this contract includes: The project includes Keller Rd. from dead end to Faster, N Benton Rd, from dead end to Keller, W Williamsburg Blvd. from Curve to Clara, N Allison Rd. from Baker to dead end, W Woods Edge Ln. from Morrison to Marleon, W Purdue Ave. from Chadam to Tillotson, all locations within the City of Muncie, Indiana. The scope of work for each of the above-listed sites consists at various locations of: milling and resurfacing, full depth patching of hot mix asphalt, patching of hot mix asphalt to achieve level at-grade surfaces, removing and replacing existing gravel surfaces with full depth hot mix asphalt, cleaning and removing debris from existing inlets and resetting the casting, removing existing trees, removing and replacing existing sidewalk, removing and replacing existing curb, restoring existing curb, constructing new curb, constructing new accessible curb ramps, adding detectable warning strips to existing accessible curb ramps, and removing and replacing existing driveways within the right-of-way. The work also includes various coordination with 3rd parties for replacing existing storm sewer infrastructure and adjusting casting rims to match finished road surfaces. Bids are requested for the following Contract: City of Muncie Board of Public Works and Safety Public Resurfacing and Road Improvements -- Morrison TIF Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $620,000. Bidding Documents may be purchased and downloaded from the designated website. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Owner will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other thanthe designated website.
