Description

As of September 28, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 9, 2023 This project generally consists of: Tree protection, earthwork, utilities, vehicular paving (parking lot), pedestrian paving, coordination with installation of pre-manufactured building (restrooms & storage), landscape, turfgrass and temporary irrigation. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidders bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within ten (10) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to the City of Richland Hills in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents. Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, bound to the City of Richland Hills are required, each in an amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract and upon payment of all persons supplying labor or furnishing materials. The City of Richland Hills reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities.
