Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Andover, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. Funds will be requested for site renovations. This was identified in the school wide master plan that was completed in 2012. The existing sidewalk, driveways, and parking lots have numerous deficiencies, including, but not limited to; broken pavement, curbing and walkways. A portion of this project was completed in FY16, with the reconstruction of the playground, pavement and the addition of a rear access road to accommodate parent pick up and drop off. This CIP request reflects this previous work.
