| Description | Contractor shall remove and dispose of two existing package units and one split system. The contractor shall install a new 10 ton gas pack, 3 ton gas pack and a 3.5 ton split heat pump with thermostats. The contractor shall supply new disconnects as needed with new conduit and power wire from the new disconnect to the new unit. All duct work shall be sealed with mastic. The contractor shall supply and install a roof curb/adapter for each gas pack. The new equipment shall match existing equipment BTU, voltage and phase. The contractor shall connect the gas packs to the existing gas line. |
