| Description | Trash and Garbage hauling at its three developments, and a monthly dumpster pick up at our Vine West family units. Hauler must provide the dumpster at our Vine West location. Hazle Twin Apartments-50 East and 70 West Juniper Streets, consists of 100 units in two high rise buildings housing the elderly: Vine Manor Apartments, 320 West Mine Street, a 100-unit 5 story high rise also housing the elderly. All three high-rise buildings have steel compactors. Contractors must be able to hydraulically lift steel containers. Vine West family units, 334 W Birch Street-pick up of one (1) dumpster once a month. |
