The intent of this project is to upgrade Building 8 Basement Heating system at the Canandaigua, NY VAMC. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work according to the specifications, drawings and statement of work attached or contained in this solicitation. All work will be performed at the Canandaigua, NY VA Medical Center. Pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 this is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Bidders should be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of bid and shall be registered at the time of award (www.sam.gov). The successful bidder's Supplier Analysis Report will be reviewed by the Contracting Officer. A score of 7 and above may require additional financial data to be submitted.
