Description

A concrete slab for a 36x60 pre-fab metal building at 375 Diamond Lake Loop Road, Chemult, Douglas County, Oregon per the engineered foundation plans. The work should include “roughed in” plumbing connections for a future bathroom consisting of a toilet, sink, cleanout and floor drain as well as a frostless hose bib inside the building on the SE corner near the man door. Erection of the pre-fab metal building per the manufacturer’s specifications and engineered plans. Five (5) 12x12’ garage doors are to be sourced and installed.
