Office Remodeling at Mountrail County Courthouse

Provide interior remodeling of office space at the Mountrail County Courthouse. The project consists of remodeling an approximate 24’ X 20’ main office space and an approximate 18’5” X 19’3” adjoining office space. The demolition of the existing offices has been completed. Contract work will consist of framing where necessary, insulating, drywall and finishing, painting, false ceiling, two interior doors and installation, counter top construction, finishing work, floor leveling, carpet installation, stairway completion and any additional demolition to complete the project including removal of steel doors and bars on windows. Mountrail County will solicit proposals for all electrical/lighting, telephone/data line, HVAC and windows/installation. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate all work with successful contractors for HVAC, electrical/lighting, telephone/data line and windows/installation. All work must meet Federal, State, and/or local codes. Bidder shall submit a fixed price for labor to complete the remodeling project and for coordinating contractor work for all electrical/lighting, telephone/data line, HVAC and windows/installation.
