Downtown Streetscape Improvements, Phase 2

The project proposes to construct Phase 2 of the Stanardsville Downtown Streetscape Improvements by extending sidewalks previously installed as part of the Phase 1 project to both the east and west. Sidewalks will be constructed along the north side of Main Street from Rectory Lane to Madison Road and from Celt Road to an existing sidewalk at 8315 Spotswood Trail. Improvements include sidewalks, curbs, a pedestrian bridge, site walls, storm sewer, lighting, and landscaping. The total length of the improvements is 1,215 linear feet.
