This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1st Tier) 100% Small Business concerns, (2nd Tier) Large Business concerns. Generator Maintenance and Repair | KC VAMC This request for quote is to provide generator maintenance and load bank testing services. This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation with the following tiers: (1st Tier) 100% Small Business concerns, (2nd Tier) Large Business concerns. The Period of Performance is for a Base Period and 4, 12-month, Option Periods that may be exercised at the Contracting Officer's discretion. This will be for a Firm-Fixed Price type contract.
