San Marco - Hot Water Heater Replacement

Contractor is to provide construction services as outlined in Solicitation 2022-3019. The intent of this project is the replacement of the hot water heater and associated appurtenances. Services to be provided will include, but are not limited to: • Replace one (1) hot water heater with two (2) smaller hot water heaters o Tag for existing heater on following page o 2 new heaters to be A O SMITH DVE200 240V/3phase 60 KW o Replace Bell & Gossett circulation pump, in kind • Install an A O Smith - T-200 ASME o This is for storage of the hot water return line o Contractor to install an associated circulation pump o Bell & Gossett, properly sized • Replace the two (2) water hammer arrestors and associated isolation valves, in kind • Modify piping, electric, etc., as necessary, so all components fit and perform properly. o All pipes are to be insulated • Contractor to provide o all necessary programming o startup reports o training to CMHA personnel • Contractor to submit and pay for all permits, and schedule any necessary inspections. • Contractor responsible for disposal of existing equipment. • The new water heater system shall be turnkey and the contractor shall provide a one year warranty for parts and labor
