| Description | Fire Alarms Maintenance and Repairs. Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking sealed bids from qualified Cleaning Service Contractors for the maintenance and inspection of Fire alarm systems throughout the BHA facilities. This is a three- year contract that may be renewed at the discretion of BHA, with a favorable vote of the Board of Commissioners, for an additional two-year period. Rule of Award: The award shall be made to the best responsive and responsible bidder with the best price.
