RFP Design - Rattlesnake Rest Area Architectural/Engineering Services

RFP No. 23-24 Rattlesnake Rest Area Architectural/Engineering Services The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or Offerors for the purpose of hiring contractor who will aggressively pursue a schedule to plan, design, furnish plans, acquire permitting, and provide construction oversight for the construction of a new tandem rest area (2 buildings) to be constructed at north and south side of I-40 current site of Rattlesnake Rest area 10 miles east of Moriarty and 13 miles west of Clines Corners. Proposals shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days subject to all action by the New Mexico Department of Transportation. NMDOT reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in part or in whole. Proposals shall be submitted to the NMDOT Electronically. Proposals submitted by hard copy or facsimile will not accepted. Electronic proposals must be submitted through Bid Express, which may be accessed online.
