Roof Replacement at Los Amigos Dual Immersion School

The General Contractor for this contract shall be responsible to provide all labor and materials necessary to provide for the complete and full execution of all work as delineated in the contract documents. The General Contractor shall be responsible for coordination and scheduling of all work. 2.02 The scope of work required under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remove existing composite roofing. 2. Temporally relocate and reinstall all existing surface run conduits, boxes and plumbing lines. 3. Furnish and install adhered thermoplastic membrane roofing system. Roof Replacement Work at LOS AMIGOS DUAL IMMERSION SCHOOL to be performed per included Plans and Specifications (2 additional documents) and others in accordance to the Contract Documents. Should there be any discrepancies between the Contract terms and conditions, the General Conditions, or the Supplemental General Conditions of this Document as compared to the additional terms and conditions (other than technical specifications) as shown in the additional Technical Specification Documents, then this Document takes precedent. Should there be any discrepancy between the included Plans and Drawings and the other Project Manual Documents (including technical specifications) then the Plans and Drawings shall take precedence. Remove / demolish and dispose of existing roof materials and install new specified PVC roofing. This project is anticipated to start on May 30, 2023 with a 60 Calendar Day duration. Project requires a $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollar) contingency value included in base bid
