RFQ WOO East Broadway Bridge Rehab

The proposed project is a bridge rehabilitation on East Broadway over Cedar Creek, Lake Township, Wood County, Ohio. Work includes replacing the existing single span non composite box beam superstructure with a new composite box beam with reinforced concrete deck. Minor abutment, approach roadway and guardrail work are included. This is a federally funded LPA project, so experience in the Ohio Department of Transportation's (ODOT) LPA process is required. Letters of Interest shall include, but are not limited to, information regarding the firm's project approach, firm's plan for managing and performing the work, list of personnel who will be assigned to the project along with background information and technical expertise, firm's availability of assigned staff, a minimum of two references from governmental agencies and a timeline detailing anticipated completion of the work
