RFP Design - Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County Renovation

Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County - Sun Prairie (BGCDC) is accepting proposals from architecture, planning, and interior design firms to provide architectural and design services for renovation to the existing facility (located at 222 Windsor Street, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin 53590) to adhere to the conditional use permit to allow the conversion of a single-family house to a non- residential use. This is a Federally funded project through CDBG and must follow the guidelines outlined in the Davis-Bacon act. Experience with Davis-Bacon rules is preferred. An AIA standard form B101 Owner Architect agreement will be used for this project.
