Description

Said Drain is in two (2) Sections as follows, each section having the length, average depth and width as set forth:Section 1: Enclosed storm drain construction, beginning at East Fouch Road, as shown on the Drawings, beginning at Station 0+30 and ending at Station 16+70, and beginning at Lake Bluffs Drive, at South Lake Court, beginning at Station 100+30 and ending at Station 106+00, with an average depth of cut being 4.5 feet and ranging from 3.5 feet to 7.5 feet in depth. Enclosed storm drain construction is not along entire lengths of stationing, but rather staggered throughout road, with a mix of crossing roadway and running along roadway.Section 2: Open storm drain construction of ditches and infiltration basins, along both Lake Bluffs Drive and South Lake Court, as shown on the Drawings, with an average depth of cut being 4 inches and ranging from 0 inches to 12 inches in cut depth for ditch construction and average depth of cut being 2.5 feet and ranging from 0.5 feet to 3.5 feet in cut depth for infiltration basins. The average dimensions of each infiltration basin being 30 feet by 45 feet. The following items of work are viewed as the major items of work comprising the construction of the Lake Bluffs Drain.
