RFQ Design - 2022 Concept Design: Notch Property

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) 2022 Concept Design: Notch Property The City of Sammamish is soliciting qualification submittals from firms experienced in park design to provide planning and design services to complete Concept Design for the city-owned property known as the "Notch" (Parcel #3325069098). The preliminary scope of work for the park consists of site investigation and analysis, preliminary park program development, concept plan development, cost estimating, project implementation sequencing, and permitting and environmental review. The Concept Design development requires collective experience in landscape architecture. The Request for Qualifications packet may be obtained by visiting the Current News Releases section of the City's website. Interested firms may visit the site on their own. The parcel (north of the Lower Sammamish Commons Parking Lot) can be viewed from the Lower Sammamish Commons Access Driveway. Answers will be posted on the City's website under the associated RFQ item under Current News Releases by Wednesday, July 13, 2022. Any oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City. Please submit one pdf of no more than 20 pages.
