Infrastructure Development of Wheelwright Plat for Housing Kitsap

Contractors to complete site improvements at Wheelwright Plat located 200 feet North from the intersection of Wheelwright Street and E Lakeland Drive in Allyn. The purpose of this project is to construct the site improvements necessary for the 12 single family building lots within the Wheelwright Plat. Proposed improvements include demolition of existing asphalt materials, site grading, installation of utilities, and construction of street improvements.
