Prep And Paint Building Exteriors - Northwest District

Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to prep and paint nearly 30,000 square feet of exterior walls, fascia, soffit, doors, and trim including the repair or replacement of caulking at windows and doors as necessary, masonry block patching, and the application of a new primer coat of multiple buildings within the northwest district of Everglades National Park. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. (Ref: Atch 1 SOW) Offers must be submitted via email to Mary_Stefanos@nps.gov. Ensure you completed blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. (DEADLINE: 10am (EDT) on Aug 16, 2023) This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238320. The small business standard is $19M. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the National Park Service, however offerors that do not have an active valid vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFP due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
