Bleacher Shade Canopies

Includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals required to fabricate and install Eight shade canopies for the spectator bleachers at the Multipurpose Sports Fields No. 3 and No. 4 at Broward County Parks for the Parks and Recreation Division in accordance with the Specifications and Requirements. This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). In order to be considered a responsible Vendor, the Vendor must complete the Ownership Disclosure Form. See Special Instructions to Vendors for further information. The County provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The County will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G.

Division 13 -	Special Construction, Fabricated Engineered Structures, Grandstands and Bleachers.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
