Maintenance Paving 2023

. The Project involves the resurfacing of several streets within the City of Greenville. Specific work is to include the milling of existing asphalt, the placement of tack coat, new asphalt, pavement markings and spot full depth repair. Traffic shall be maintained throughout the project. The engineers estimate for this project is $603,967.50. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from plan holders who have purchased plans and specifications for this project. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed on or before 10/31/2023 ; final completion on or before 11/30/2023. Question Deadline 04/18/2023 Information / Clarification shall be submitted in writing by Email. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
