Decatur Police Station

SEDALCO Construction, acting as the CMAR General Contractor for the city of Decatur, is seeking proposals for the construction of a new, 30,000 square foot police headquarters for the city. The project consists of a one-story facility which includes offices, training rooms, evidence processing, storage and work areas for Police. Surface parking provided with some covered canopy areas. Police station storm shelter. The exterior of the building is a mixture of brick, masonry units with metal panel and exposed wood timber truss roof frame. Alum. Framing systems with E-coated glazing and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. **PLEASE TAKE NOTE** - This project had an Early Out Electrical Package that was awarded in November of 2023. An early out matrix has been included in the Specs to outline the equipment being provided as part of that package. Please review that matrix if your scope of work is affected by this Early Out Package. There is one Alternate for this project, for the covered parking canopy in the secure parking area. This Alternate is outlined on page A101 of the drawings. Questions for this job should be submitted no later than close of business on 02-08-24.
