Modular Building Services & Storage Containers (6 To 15 Years Old)

Proposers interested in providing modular buildings (Type IIB Panelized), storage containers, accessories, and relocatable walkways, and ramps. Outright purchase of used (6 to 15 years), short term leasing (less than 12 months), long term leasing (12 or more months) and lease to purchase (after 24-month lease) modular buildings, (single and double story) buildings, accessories and or storage containers. The work to be done under this contract includes, but is not limited to; providing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this specification and scope of work. The vendor shall have the ability to deliver, set in place, remove, and provide all ground, or site preparation, site restoration, preventative maintenance, and maintenance of all modular building, accessories, or storage containers while under a short- or long-term lease. HCPS will be responsible for providing clear access to the site including the removal of all fencing and landscaping.
