| Description | The University of Northern Colorado is requesting a Statement of Qualification from Architects / Engineers / Roof Consultants for phase 1 of the controlled maintenance roof replacement of Michener Library. Michener Library roof is 54,426 SF and is located on the UNC campus at 1400 22nd St. in Greeley. It is anticipated that the Michener roof replacement will be designed and out to bid by the end of January 2024. The selected consultant may design the full project but only bid phase 1 to start. Phase 2 construction funding is anticipated in May 2024.Minimum Requirements Minimum requirements for this project include a license to practice Architecture or Engineering in Colorado, and completion of projects of similar scope and complexity. |
