4A Steven Taylor Industrial Park System Improvements

The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The facilities specified in this section are considered minimum for the project. The Contractor may provide additional facilities and controls, which he considers necessary for the proper execution of the work and to meet his responsibilities for protection of persons and property. Access and parking at the site are limited by available space Furnish, install, and maintain suitable barriers and protection to prevent public entry, and to protect the work, existing facilities, trees and plants from construction operations Furnish, install, and maintain required construction aids required by personnel as needed to facilitate the execution of the work. This shall include: Scaffolds, staging, ladders, stairs, ramps, runways, platforms, railings, hoists, cranes, chutes, and other such facilities and equipment.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
