Video Surveillance System

Provide clear and crisp video of persons and vehicles in four separate locations of downtown Westminster: a) City Park is located in between 16th and 17th Streets and Winters Street and Long Alley. The goal is clear visualization of the entire park, with a two-camera system with a 180-degree radius per camera. b) Westminster Public Library is located at 50 East Main Street. The goal is clear visualization of Locust Street Plaza, and the staging area across the street, as well as vehicles traveling on East Main Street. c) Locust Street Plaza is located across the street from the Westminster Public Library. The goal is clear visualization of the Library Courtyard, sidewalk benches, and vehicles traveling on East Main Street. d) The Carroll Arts Council is located at 91 West Main Street. The goal is clear visualization east and west on Main Street (180 degrees), including vehicles traveling on West Main Street.
