| Description | The California High-Speed Rail Authority anticipates requesting approval from its Board of Directors (Board) to release a procurement for Design for the Merced to Madera Project The approximate contract procurement timeline is as follows: January 2022: Board of Directors consideration for approval to release Request for Qualifications February 2022: Virtual Pre-Bid Conference March 2022: Statements of Qualifications due June 2022: Board of Directors vote to approve contract award June 2022: Notice to Proceed A draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ), which includes a Sample Agreement, will be included here on the California State Contracts Register.
