Ballson Lake Sewer District Sewer Project - Contract 1 and 5

Contract No. 1 - Buell Heights and Main Street Areas - $3,200,000 A. Contract # 1 consists of the installation of new sewer facilities and systems for the Buell Heights and Main Street areas of the Ballston Lake Sewer District. B. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing approximately 13,000 linear feet of 8” and 12” diameter PVC gravity sewers, manholes, gravity service laterals, 1,400 linear feet of low pressure sewers and force mains, and the Main Street Pumping Station complete with appurtenant work and restoration. Contract No. 5 Electrical - $125,000 Contract #5 consists of furnishing and installing all of the electrical components in the Main Street Pump Station. Contract #5 shall include furnishing and installing all of the control wire and conduit with the general contractor making the final terminations to the instrumentation and control panels. Contract #5 shall also furnish and install conduit, conductors, lights, unit heaters, receptacles, automatic transfer switches, panel boards, transformers and disconnect switches. A diesel generator and auto transfer switch shall be installed at the pump station. Coordinate with National Grid to furnish and install new electrical service.
