Boulder Valley School District ("Owner") is requesting sealed, written bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all work required for the following project: Project: Meadowlark School Civil and Modular Construction Location: Meadowlark School, 2300 Meadow Sweet Ln, Erie, CO 80516 The work consists of 1) reconstructive civil work, and 2) civil, plumbing, electrical, concrete paving, and landscaping work for modular building installation. There are two Scopes of Work Packages; contractor may bid on any one of the Packages or both. Owner can award one or both Packages. (See Scope of Services section of this document for more detailed information.)
