The area of work consists of approximately 3,940 SF within the existing building. There are seven (7) total areas of work inside the building. The creation of two (2) new offices in the gymnasium and one (1) office being divided into two (2) offices. Additionally in the gymnasium a new storage area will be built next to the water main and sprinkler main room. A current open storage area in the gymnasium will be converted into a built classroom. Two (2) other areas, the existing conference/open area where a bathroom and small kitchen will be added and in an existing teacher room, a bathroom and small kitchen will be added. In the existing breakroom an additional bathroom will be added. All of the remodeling will be on the first floor of the school with the exception of the bathroom and small kitchen with a divider wall to be added to a small second floor area within the school. A modular movable stage for use in the gymnasium.
