Provide Design/Build services to implement a pilot project at NYPAs Gowanus SCPP for a Hybrid Battery System for NYPA’s ten (10) small natural gas fired turbines at NYPA’s six (6) sites in the New York City Region and one (1) site in Suffolk County, consistent with NYISO electric system reliability requirements.
