Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements - In general, the work consists of new non-potable water system, effluent pump piping replacement, aerobic digester diffuser and piping replacement., final clarifier control chamber weir plate replacement and associated electrical and controls Technical questions regarding the project should be e-mailed to the Project Manager, Troy M. Obtaining these documents from any source other than directly from the source listed herein may also result in failure to receive any addenda, corrections, or other revisions to these documents that may be issued. Bids must be submitted on the forms bound herein, must contain the names of every person or company interested therein, and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid with satisfactory corporate surety, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance Bond and Maintenance and Guarantee Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid, and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 50% of the Bid. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, but no bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner. Engineers Estimate is $900,000 to 1,200,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
