1. Laser grade sub-grade to within 1/4" tolerance through the use of fully automated hydraulically actuated, laser guided equipment. 2. Install Soccer sleeves necessary for Kwik Goal Soccer Goals 3. Install 12" N-12 perforated double smooth-wall pipe collector line and tie into storm drainage system 4. Install 4" N-12 perforated double smooth-wall pipe laterals 30' on centers encased in gravel. 5. Install Geo-textile on surface of sub-grade and walls of ditches 6. Install a new irrigation system with 100% head to head coverage to tie into existing system 7. Install a Manifold Concrete Vault for Irrigation Controls & HDPE Manifold 8. Pace and Install 6” of USGA Sand(No Peat) for the Rootzone Profile 9. Provide all necessary #57 stone for the perimeter of field where turf apron will go 10. Install a synthetic apron around field using recycled synthetic turf 11. Install Certified Bermuda 42” Sod rolls
