Description

Repair existing EPDM layer at three playground sites (Damonte Ranch Park, Liston Park, and Somersett East Park). The existing wear course and 1-inch of the buffing course at these parks shall be completely removed and disposed, and repair or fill voids in buffing material to level surface area. A new 1/2-inch aliphatic wear course and 1-inch buffing course shall be installed per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Include other miscellaneous work as required to meet ASTM standards for playground safety surfaces. Remove existing splash pad surfacing at Summit Ridge Park, clean surface per manufacturer’s specifications, and install new non-slip, non-porous aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane surface.
