THE WORK IS TO INCLUDE ALL SITE GRADING AND ASSOCIATED SITE IMPROVEMENTS, LANDSCAPING, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, FINISHES, APPLIANCES, AND ELEVATOR. PLEASE NOTE THAT DAVIS BACON WAGE REQUIREMENTS DO APPLY. SEE THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR RATES AND REQUIREMENTS. A PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WILL BE SCHEDULED AND POSTED ONCE A DATE AND TIME HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. Direct all bids/inquiries to the general contractor. Memo #1 has been issued as of 5-11-2023.
