Description

Project will involve the construction of a 45'X45' pavilion on a 0.8 acre lot. Three lots will have capacity for the pavilion, the vendors' truck load/unload bays, and the customers' parking area. There is currently a 33'X38' slab on one of the lots from an old house that was demolished several years ago.The current slab will be extended to allow for a complete 45'X45' foundation. Posts will be 15' apart. Designs must provide for a fully functional shelter and car space with ADA accessibility.
