H146--CTX Chemical Treatment

Chemical Delivery and Inspections The contractor shall furnish all chemicals needed to treat cool water and hot water closed loop systems/Cooling Towers: i. Cooling Tower scale and corrosion inhibitor. ii. Biological dispersant/polymer/silt control iii. Hypochlorite oxidizing biocide. iv. Closed loop corrosion inhibitor (hot and chill). v. Hot water loop treatment cleaner. vi. Heating water loop inhibitor. vii. Inspect closed cool water and hot water loop systems. 2. Contractor will install chemicals into the closed loop systems monthly and test them for debris. 3. Contractor will also flush debris after chemicals are installed to clean the closed loop systems.
