Description

Scope of Work: 1. Remove existing bathtub, tile, drywall and plumbing valves and repair any leaks. Reinstall any necessary wall framing & reinforcing for grab bars in preparation for installation of shower surround. Prepare and re-route tub drain under floor to accommodate step in shower base as necessary. Install new walk-in shower base pan with premium high gloss, scratch resilient, no porous acrylic surface, bright white finish, shower surround. Shower surround to have at least 2 built in shelves. Install new cement board or “approved "moisture resistant tile backer board, with corrosion resistant fasteners. Install two new (2) 1-1/2” SS Peened grab bars w/concealed screws as per homeowner requested locations. Touch up paint circa new work as necessary. Install New Delta In2ition Two-in-One 4-Spray 2.5 GPM Hand Shower valves or equal in Chrome. Supply and install one (1) heavy duty shower rod and weighted shower curtain special for walk-in showers. All products to be installed per manufacturer specifications and instructions. 2. Remove existing flooring in bathroom. Replace flooring with residential grade, 15 year warranty, 2.8mm thick with protective urethane layer linoleum. Moisture, microbial and mildew resistant. Color and pattern to be selected by homeowner. All floor materials shall have manufacturer's written guarantee of materials and workmanship for a period of 7 years. 3. R&R light fixtures in bedroom. Replace with drum style 4x6W lights. Finish to be selected by homeowner. All new interior light fixtures shall include compact florescent bulbs (CFL) and exterior exposed lamps shall be PAR or CFL type. Lamps not to exceed fixture rating. 4. R&R toilet and Install one new Glacier Bay 2 piece 1.0 to 1.28 gpf Dual Flush elongated toilet (or equal) Install one Bemis adjustable slow-close elongated toilet seat to match.
