| Description | This project will replace the dated HVAC system with a new HVAC system for building SP-366, Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA. The project will demolish existing air handlers, ductwork, controls, air exhaust system, steam and condensate piping in the mechanical room. Heating water pumps, exhaust fans, and actuators will be replaced. Existing concrete pads will be replaced in the mechanical room. SAPC system on the second floor will be replaced and rooftop flashing at exhaust fan locations will be replaced as needed. Carbon monoxide detectors, fire dampers, and duct detectors will be provided where required. Electrical equipment to AHU-1/AHU-2 and exhaust fans on the roof will be replaced. Second floor lighting will also be replaced. |
