Columbiana County Career and Technical Center Cafeteria Renovations

Renovation of an educational facility in Lisbon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Bids Proposals will be accepted for Single Prime Contract for the combined General Trades, Plumbing, H.V.A.C. and Electrical Work on a lump sum basis. The contract will be awarded to the "lowest and best" bidder. Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the bid in conformance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid in accordance with Chapter 153.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. Attention is called to the fact that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, creed, sex or national origin as provided in RC 153.59. Attention is also called to the fact that the project is tax exempt. The right is reserved by the Board of Education to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for at least (60) sixty days after the opening thereof.
