Deltona Embedded Crosswalk Lighting Project

The Deltona Crosswalk Lighting Project sites are located throughout the City of Deltona. This project includes the installation of illuminated in-pavement crosswalk lighting assembly, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB), thermoplastic pavement markings removals and applications, and signage removal and installation. In addition, mobilization, temporary traffic control (TTC) (previously “maintenance of traffic” - MOT), and erosion control are also included as part of this project. Procedure to remove thermoplastic pavement marking must be pre-approved by the City. The crosswalks are at the following intersections: • Courtland Boulevard at River to Sea Trail • Courtland Boulevard at Maltby Drive • Courtland Boulevard at Elkcam Boulevard • Deltona Boulevard at Travelodge by Wyndham Hotel (North of Welcome Center Drive) • Courtland Boulevard at India Boulevard • Courtland Boulevard at Highland Drive • E. Normandy Boulevard at Troy Drive • E. Normandy Boulevard at Hancock Drive • Elkcam Boulevard at Florida Drive • Ft. Smith Boulevard at Norbert Terrace • Ft. Smith Boulevard at Elkcam Boulevard • Ft.
