| Description | Set Aside: Competitive 8(a): Construction Hazmat Response IDIQ - requirement for assistance largely in the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Utah and Wyoming but may include other states. Basic requirements will be assisting the BLM, other BLM cooperators and/or other Federal Agencies with technical assistance that may include examination and verification of sites on BLM managed lands where a hazardous substance release has occurred or is suspected; removal, remedial, corrective, and disposal actions associated with a site where a hazardous substance release is identified or suspected; and assistance with pollution prevention, waste minimization, hazardous materials inventory and waste stream management and disposal at BLM facilities. |
