Landscape Maintenance Services

A general description of the Scope of Work under the proposed contract shall be that the Contractor must provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Ground Maintenance services in accordance with this specification. The operations to be performed must include cutting grass, edging, fertilization, collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, under brushing, grassing, sodding, sprigging, erosion control, tree and shrub pruning, tree and stump removal, irrigation, ditch cleaning, and other miscellaneous services as described herein. All operations will be performed pursuant to Executive Orders 13423 and 13514, and the FAA Green Procurement Plan (GPP). The Contractor must collect trash, litter, and vegetative debris (e.g., natural vegetation, such as leaves, pine straw, limbs, and stumps) in all grassed areas, plant and shrub beds, wooded areas, sidewalks, streets, and curbs in all maintenance levels. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein. The intended NAICS code is 561730 - Landscape Services.
