Description

Installing the House Piping for the Natural Gas System on Buildings 100, 200, and 300 at Halifax Community College. The agreement is to include the removal of steel gas piping where specified during the site visit (approx. 300 feet). The installation of new piping where specified during the site visit (approx. 600 feet). The removal of old regulators and the installation of new regulators where specified during site visit. The installation of 2 underground 1 underground caps/plug that will be installed on plastic pipe that will be abandoned in place. All materials and footages shall be field verified by the contractor. All building/mechanical codes shall be followed at all times. Pressure treated blocks and hangers will be supplied to support all gas piping installed on the roof. All new piping will be painted and labeled per code.
